SHIPPING POLICY
Items ship from the store within 1 - 2 business days. Tracking will be emailed to you once label has been printed. Belle Du Monde is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit.

RETURN POLICY
All of our products have been thoroughly inspected prior to shipping. Our primary goal is customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final!

EXCHANGE POLICY
We except exchanges for same items if they are in stock. If there is a different item(s) you will like to exchange it for, the customer is responsible for the difference in the amount.

FAULTY ITEMS
Should you receive a product that is defective or has a fault, we will happily look into offering a resolution. Please contact belledumonde.active@yahoo.com with the following information:

Please note issues of this nature need to be reported to us within 10 days.

COST OF RETURNS
If you did not receive a faulty item and just want to return, you are responsible for the costs of returning any items to our store.
